UGC E-SAMADHAN (System for Assessment, Monitoring, and Addressing the Doubts of Aspiring New applicants in Higher education) is an online grievance redressal portal established by the University Grants Commission. It provides a transparent and efficient mechanism for students, parents, and stakeholders to register and track their grievances related to universities and higher education institutions.

Types of Grievances

• Issues related to admissions, fee structure, or refund policies.
• Complaints about fake or unauthorized universities.
• Delays in examination results or issuance of certificates.
• Quality of education and infrastructure concerns.
• Harassment, discrimination, or ragging-related complaints.

How to File a Grievance

1. Visit the UGC E-SAMADHAN portal.
2. Register with your basic details (name, email, phone number).
3. Select the category of your grievance.
4. Provide a detailed description and attach supporting documents.
5. Submit the grievance and note the tracking number for follow-up.
